Service Description
Girls Club tryouts will be held at RiverWinds Community Center. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before start times for check-in. $50 registration fee (non-refundable). Spots are limited to 50 registrants for each session. GIRLS CLUB TRYOUT SCHEDULE Monday, August 11 14U (14 years of age or younger as of June 30, 2026) 4:00-6:00pm 17 & 18U (17 or 18 years of age or younger as of June 30, 2026) 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, August 12 15U (15 years of age or younger as of June 30, 2026) 4:00-6:00pm 16U (16 years of age or younger as of June 30, 2026) 6:00-8:00pm
Cancellation Policy
General Policy: If you need to cancel your registration prior to the program start date, we will process a full refund for the amount paid. We do not typically offer refunds for cancellations once the registered program has started. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we aim to be as flexible as possible within our policy. If weather prevents particular sessions from occuring, we will reschedule additional sessions as needed. Please stay up to date via our social media channels for the latest updates and notices. You can also subscribe to our email list as well, with the email you used to register for this program. Emergency Situations: If an emergency arises, please contact us directly. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and understanding. Payment Full Payment Required: To secure your spot in any of our programs, full payment is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified.
